Returns & Refunds Policy

At Stygian Media, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions regarding a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us at minion@stygiansociety.com

Print Books
Returns and Exchanges

Books purchased directly through stygianmedia.ca may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The book must be in pristine condition.

  • The spine must be uncracked.

  • Pages must be free of markings, folds, stains, or damage.

  • The book must be returned in its original condition.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Purchases Made Through Other Retailers

If you purchased your book through Amazon or another third-party retailer, your return or refund must be requested directly through that retailer. Stygian Media cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased through other websites or retailers.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Books

If you receive the wrong book, a damaged book, or a defective book, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

 

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the damage or defect, where applicable

 

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label when a return is required and will offer either a replacement copy or a full refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are returning a book because you no longer wish to keep it, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Ebooks

All ebook sales are final.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, ebooks are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your ebook, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

Many apparel, accessories, and other merchandise items sold through stygianmedia.ca are produced specifically for each order through our fulfillment partners.

Because these products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong colour

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Buyer’s remorse

 

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

 

If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are not claimed and are returned by the carrier may be subject to additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested.
